I’m sure this must have something to do with the Banished. ONI always try to keep things under wraps, they wouldn’t want knowledge of a global threat to get out
Sounds like espionage, clearly sounds like someone is trying leak info for the events of Halo 2/3 to the general public since the first part seems like the main plot being used for propaganda while ignoring any reference to the Flood like it never happened, then the swiping sounds like someone looking through files that were made easily accessible, I suspect that means a breach in Oni that could lead to the Flood being common knowledge, which is why the ‘redacted’ voice seems concerned. I suspect related to HuntTheTruth.
