One year ago since the shutdown of the Xbox 360 Halo games

One year ago. The end of an era. It’s been one year since the 360 versions of Halo 3, Reach, and 4 servers were shut down. I want to know what was your very last matchmaking game from any of the 3 Halo games.
Mine was in Halo 3 playing big team multi-flag CTF on Valhalla ended at about 1:06 PM (ET) lost 3-1 and went 10-7. If I knew this was gonna my last game, I probably would have played better. But I was burned out from staying up all night playing Halo 3. I haven’t done that in a long time and most likely will never do that again for another video game.
Here is a collection of my recordings I made in Halo 3 in its 24 hours starting from the afternoon on 1/12/22 and then picking back up on 1/13/22 at about 12:45 AM (ET)

Shortly afterward I made one last goodbye video.

It’s about 1:06 PM (ET) 1/13/23. Now it’s been a year since my last matchmaking game ended.

Can’t believe it’s already been a year. I played together with some friends doing Invasion on Reach, the night before servers shut down. It was a pretty good but bittersweet send off.

Link? And are they also working on a Reach one as well?

They have to reverse engineer og Halo server and xbl networking, so its a lot of work to do. It works for H3 in alpha state currently, but they’ll add support for odst and Reach in the future.

Heres a link, but you can also find the project on twitter and github, just google it
