Can we please get some information on halo reach getting a one x patch the game needs to be brought into the spotlight again either with a enhancement update or put it on game pass
You’d be better off requesting the back compat team for an X enhancement since they’re the ones who do it for 360 games. I agree though, an X enhancement would revitalize this game.
Rather it just be added to mcc so its 60fps. Its wonky af on bc, yet none if the other bc halo titles are. But playing my second favorite halo campaign in 4k hdr either way would be awesone

Why not both? They did that with Halo 3. The original is enhanced and it’s also in the MCC. While they’re enhancing it, they could fix the wonky. Because lord knows how the armory would work in the MCC, not to mention the playlists, let alone your rank you’ve grinded for all these years. Be nice to have OG Reach-proper looking fancy whilst also having the 60fps version available as well.

because halo 3 still plays just fine in BC, it isn’t wonky or anything like that. neither is halo odst, or 4, they all play just fine in BC. Reach is the only one that is really wonky.
As for my rank in Reach, i hit inheritor years ago, and that doesn’t bother me at all, becasue I would love to replay the campaign and get some achievements for ti.

As I already said, enhancing the game would give them an opportunity to fix the wonkiness. Enhancing a wonky game would be silly.
Any other concerns are moot as I proposed having both an enhanced original and an MCC version, so everyone is happy. Why argue with that? … Well, other than how improbable it is to happen.

To my knowledge i though all x enhanced bc titles were just resolution enhanced and possibly hdr. That’s why I’d prefer just a port, also for it to be 60fps rather than 30.
And they are done by different teams,x enhanced bc games. I’d imagine if they added reach to mcc it would either be asmaller team in 343 or outsourced. So its absolutely plausible both could happen. I’m just starting my preferred option of the 2 is all.

If I had to chose one over the other, I too would go with the MCC version … mostly for the 60fps. I just hope they would add Firefight and do the customization properly, but I don’t have a problem playing Firefight in the old version. I still play ODST firefight in the BC version. These games have always been ~720p@30fps, it doesn’t bother me to still play them … though, obviously I would prefer a 4K@60fps version.
