Because all I ever get is “I like it, seems plausible” or “No. Just no. Halo needs too be like Halo 2, BR shotz ftw!!1”. Why can’t anyone just ask questions, or question the idea itself? I feel like I have good ideas but they die prematurely because nobody seems to care ;_;
Thread not H4-related, but it’s directed to people in the H4 forum.
On these forums we see the good threads die and the bad threads thrive… It’s a shame really ;\ but that’s how people are.

Unfortunately, people are more eager to criticise even when their point has been made by a dozen other people. Because of this, the threads people don’t like stay on top, people keep posting in them. THe ideas that they don’t have a problem with receive little attention. It’s always easier to criticise than it is to analyse and give actual feedback.
I see this thread as spam and is not needed/wanted.
It obviously bears no resemblance to what the Halo 4 content is.
This is just my opinion of threads where people make these “oh so awesome ideas”. I’m going to try and do this in a non-attack way and I apologise in advance.
This thread kind of proves why your ideas keep dying, they are a waste of bandwidth, half the time. You are " " over people not liking your idea. It is their opinion, and you have no god-given right to attack them for not liking it. It is our free-will which allows us to say “no, your idea isn’t great”, and then you decide to make this thread?
Yes, have your ideas, have your thoughts, but don’t go jamming " " down our throats when we refute your opinion…That’s all you can have on here, an opinion. People will like your idea, people will dislike your idea. But it gets really sad, when people make these kinds of threads, for no reasons other than to attack the community for not liking your idea.

I don’t ever remember fighting with somebody over criticism…I actually like criticism, so I can make the idea better…you don’t seem to have read my posts or know me very well if you just blend me in with everyone else with their tornado guns and gravity grenades 
And yes, this thread is needed/wanted, as I want to know why my ideas get little attention. It’s a simple question. Now, would you kindly leave the thread if you don’t have any real opinion after reading my threads? danke!

If I manage to get a lot of replies and such then maybe just maybe 343 ill take a look inside.

I like the Dark FX idea, but you should have a setting where it can be complete darkness, or just night.

Maybe there can be a wheel on it that you can move from left to right. Left being day, middle being night, total right is total darkness.
