I just logged into Halo 5 (25/10/2019) and when I got to any multiplayer mode, it says; “At least one player in your Fireteam is not permitted to play Xbox Live Multiplayer”. My Xbox Live is good and doesn’t expire till next year. And I have not received any bans… anyone know what it is and how it fix this???
Try doing a hard reset on your Xbox. I’ve had that message appear before and a reset fixed the problem
