Is anyone at all having this issue? I cannot party up at all and search for a match, this message continues to pop up even after resets from all players in the party.
Yes, I got this several times today. I had to quit the game and restart it between every match just to play with a friend. Seems like a new bug.

Happened to me every time I tried to play with a party the last couple of days. Hard quits and hard resets didn’t affect it. Never saw this message in the old patches.
