I personally think this is one of the best halo’s ever made, I’m so glad I gave this game a chance, been playing since h2, gave up on reach after a few months though.
I’m not a bad kid either I have a 50 in every active playlist in h3
Hats off to you 343 you have saved halo, though I don’t agree with some changes I guess it’s for the best
Though this is an amazing game, i dont think its the best halo. I think Halo 1 or 3 are my favs. Halo 1’s campain is the best in the seris in my opinion. But I do agree that 343 did amazing.
I will have to play War Games to make my full judgement on Halo 4. But I have already beaten Halo 4’s campaign. Not only was I satisfied but I was also filled with multiple emotions. Joy, Sadness, Confused, Worried and excited for the next installment of this new saga. 343 have proven to me that they are capable of making a fantastic experience.

Another point, the music was surprisingly good, I still think it took something away from the game not having the classic theme and Marty’s music, but it’s a decent filler.
Feel like the multiplayer lacked focus on actual content. Reach had much more in terms of game modes to queue up for.
Customization looks great, too bad half the matches aren’t rewarding xp atm because of all the server issues.
The new load outs are fun when you can actually use them.
And the ordinance drop has been a lot of fun so far.
I like it, but not the best. Awesome single player I suppose.
and unlike every other wannabe hipster fanyboy watchamacallit;;; DMR > BR
none the less I’m ecstatic that the BR is back.
They both work great for what they’re good at. one mid-close, the other mid-long
For me, this is shaping very quickly to be the best Halo’s yet.
-The Campaign’s gameplay stays true to offering the player a very wide range of sandbox elements, play styles, variety and difficulty.
-The Story is incredibly emotional, gripping, epic and fiction enriched. It may seem short but it’s definitely earned quality over quantity.
-Spartan Ops is a great new co-op mode offering soon to be endless hours of gameplay and exciting episodic plot. The missions ‘may’ becoming saming and repetitive but for 5 missions every week for free, who can complain?
-Multiplayer offers a balanced whilst exciting experience. It may have it’s minor flaws but at it’s core it’s true Halo multiplayer, I’m very glad it’s gone the direction it has.
if were looking at the game from a purely multiplayer comparison, i’d say Halo 4 could possibly be up there with Halo 2 after a few patches/content releases. The gungame is much smoother than 3 and reach by quite a bit.
