I don’t care about seeing campaign as it’s better if it’s kept a secret. I understand that Forge and Theater aren’t going to be shown for a little while. All I want to see is a single match of multiplayer. Anything really at all and that includes a 1v1 on the biggest map in the game… I just want to see the basic movements and all the shooting elements and all that fun stuff. I’m aware that the game is still very much in an early stage but it kinda bugs me that 343 would show the game off to high up community members and some NFL players but won’t show it to this core group right here that would really enjoy a peek. It’s not like 343 hasn’t shown us a video before that have a nice little warning at the beggining. Frankie stated that one single game of Team Slayer would clear up a lot. Well why not just do that so we can have a full match to speculate on? I come on here every single day with my fingers crossed hoping to see a full match. If it’s going to be a while can we get a general idea of when we can expect to see a full match?

Here’s what I think. With a CoD release coming a single week after Halo 4, 343i NEEDS all the hype they can get. So, come E3, when TONS of gamer’s will be watching, 343i is gonna drop a HUGE hype bomb on everyone.

Weren’t you around for the previous Halo games? The only way the community gets big chunks of information about the game is from leaks, otherwise it’s a gradual trickle until release.
E3 is usually a decent source though, they will likely showcase one specific mode (probably Spartan Ops) and give us a gameplay demo of that and/or a Vidoc.

Yeah I’ve been following Halo since Halo CE and been following Halo info since a little bit before Halo 2. I feel as if we got tons more information earlier on for each game. Specifically Halo 3 and Reach which both had betas before E3… Trust me though I’d rather not have a beta. I’m just saying we got solid mp footage months before E3.

ive mentioned this in a bunch of threads but i want to see a match on wraparound or warhorse and the anticipation for e3 is killing me. I also want to see all these new additions they’ve added because reading up on them isnt the same thing as seeing it

I mean I guess we can wait but when I’m not outside and I’m not at work I find it hard to play xbox because it’s starting to get nice outside. All my buddies are out doing things or working. I don’t like playing with randoms. So I spend most of my indoors time on this site and it only makes the wait 1000000x more agonizing. Mainly considering that 343 is very greedy with throwing us some scraps. We get little bits and pieces that cause more trouble than help us out.

I believe MLG should work with 343 to create a good ranking system and possibly something like the 1-50 system they had in halo 2 because it keeps a good balance between casual and competitive gamers and you have more options to play different types of games within ranked,and social matchmaking
