Come on 343i I know you guys are working hard, and loved the feedback you guys had after the release of Halo 5 Beta between December and January but it’s been quite awhile since then and as October slowly comes round the corner it must be possible to break out the Beta one more time.
One final check to test the servers, one final check to see what else the amazing halo community to add to feedback. I’m just saying as mostly with game devs they release the alpha when game is ages away from release then release the beta weeks/days away from the official game release. You had your alpha in December/January…now it’s time to give us one last blast on halo 5 beta to wet the appetites ready for Halo 5 Guardians on October.

What are the resources needed to run a beta? Not trying to challenge you or the statement; just curious to know.

Considering that they said they would not have one and that it takes time to prepare for one…Not gonna happen
I’d honestly rather wait for the full Halo 5 at this point. A beta would probably also set back development.

They really, truly, should have had a Warzone beta to stress test the servers. At this point its too late. Not much a beta or demo would do at this point. For a beta to be really beneficial it needs to be released at least 6 months in advance.

A beta, three months from release almost seems redundant at this point. Might as well just wait patiently.

This is really damn important. A beta requires quite a fair bit of dev resources to run and maintain which at this point should be focused 110% on delivering the final product. 343i simply cannot afford to run another beta.
Oh and the Christmas thing is spot on: haven’t been this excited about a game in ages and the wait is killing me, and yet it is also…fun just discussing the game with people while we all wait until 343i open the floodgates*.
*. - WARNING! Floodgates may or may not contain actual Flood.
I want to say let them focus on finalizing the game.
But I also want to play Warzone…
At this late in the cycle it isnt a BETA. Its a glorified demo
