So I got a month of live through my messages on Xbox and didn’t use it right away hoping to use it at a later time when my live ended. Well it ended a week ago and now I can’t find the message. Apperantly they erase themselves or something. Anyways I contacted Microsoft a couple of times and they never gave me a straight answer. I know this is a long shot but is there a way for 343 to resend me the message so I can get live?

There was a code. It said it automatically applied to my account
When it comes to Xbox Live subscriptions, you can use the codes immediately as the new subscription simply adds to the end of your current one. Xbox Live gold subscriptions have always worked like this, I don’t understand why people think they have to wait until their subscriptions run out before using another code.
