i am very said to here that you have to reach SR26 to finally have all the loadout options unlocked…

i wont be getting my copy of halo 4 until christmas break, and that means that i wont have ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN AR AND MAGNUM when i get it, and everyone else will have all those awesome stuff. AAs arent unlocked until SR3 and tactical packages and support packages arent unlocked until SR10 or something around that. So unless it is easy to reach SR10, i will be very far behind when i get my copy of halo 4…

Personally, i think that 343 should have had all loadout options unlocked and usable from SR1 (Except specializations obviously). I really hope the preset loadouts will help out ppl who join in late like me.

ALSO ITS RECRUIT ARMOUR CONFIRMED TO BE AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE FROM THE START! I’m not even said anymore that i wont be getting the LE! im just gonna SE and the season pass!

Also: i’m still wondering when theyre going to release info on the ranking system…

lets hope they arent just ARs and MAgnums with a random AA. i hope there’ll be some with a BR/dmr etc.

Exactly, besides the AR and Magnum are not bad in Halo 4.
I can understand why the OP wants a DMR or BR in a preset loadout though.

It isn’t hard to get kills with the AR or pistol. You also don’t need loadouts to kill people either. If you really think you do then you should probably go play CoD instead of Halo 4.

26 isn’t that high. If you do solid a majority of your games you’d hit that mark in no time. Really the only time you would ever be at a disadvantage is a larger map and on those maps they have pre set load outs so you don’t have to attempt an AR charge on an open field like hemmorage.

I don’t think they would be the same, also theres ordenance drops and global drops, so if you want a weapon go for it, or figh for it.

Guys, i know the AR looks beast in halo 4, but it wont be great in BTB. I LOVE BTB and i want to enjoy it from the start

why would i want to play COD? im just saying that BRs and DMRs better be presets on big maps

it still leaves you at a disadvantage in BTB (unless BRs and DMRs are presets in BTB)

no but i would prefer not to be at a MASSIVE disadvantage because im getting the game a month and a half later

First of all:The AR is poliworker?Dunno,this is the translation fo google
I mind that you can use the AR in a lots of places,also,you can use the Magnum for medium large combats,and then pick up a Br or a DMR or a Carabine
And dont forget about the Power weapons in the map wich change everytime you play a match,so no one will know where the rocket is everytime you play in a map

In Halo Kills=/=Weapons,in Halo Kills=Abilitie
In Cod Kills=/=Abilities,in Cod Kills=OP Weapons

Also, the prime armour skin for Recrur is exclusive, not the prime armour itself.

Is there anyone who’s actually played Halo 4 that can confirm whether or not DMR, BR, Carbine etc will be available for all ranks or do you actually have to reach level 26 to use them all? Frankly, if the latter is true then this is by far the most obvious comparison that can be drawn between Halo 4 and COD, in that people who have played longer will have objectively better weapons. An AR might be alright, but it honestly cannot compare to a BR, Carbine, DMR in most if not all situations (barring point-blank of course).

yeah but id rather not get LE if all you get for armour is just a skin.
