I just realised that I already messaged someone about this. I completely forgot and am an idiot, ignore.
Very much agreed. It’s not difficult at all and there’s no reason not to do it.
It would be handy to have the forums somewhere on the home screen. They are slower than any other forum I’ve been on.
I support this!
2 days later and this thread is still on the first page of the forum listings?
This forum would probably be better merged with General Discussion, as it lacks any community element to maintain activity.

Seeing as how it’s site-related, it belongs in this section. Unfortunately, not a whole lot of people even bother looking in this section.
That aside, I definitely agree! Maybe even offering some sort of “at-a-glance” when hovering, like your current post count, thanks/thanked count, and unread PM notifications!

The web team people DO see the threads in here. They may not post but I know they read.
Past that, unfortunately, I’ve got nothing.

Hi Tom T and I agree.

I wasn’t questioning the location of this thread, I was questioning the merit of this forum. It might be that the webteam prefer a more manageable, slower board, but while that might benefit them it certainly doesn’t benefit those wanting to discuss aspects of the site, or those looking for a quick response to a pressing issue.
I liked the thread tagging system Waypoint had before it made the switch from Beta to Delta. You could, upon creation, label the thread as Halo 1, 2, 3 etc. and that label would display alongside the thread in the forum listings. I assumed the feature would be precursor to some form of thread filtering system and was sorry to see it removed.
Having these threads in General Discussion, along with a simple filter to find “support threads”, “Halo threads” and “General Xbox” threads (according to tag), would be preferable to this closed off and barely acknowledged sub-forum.

Oops. Apologies for my misunderstanding; it’s 4 AM and my insomniac butt is still awake.
While the OCD part of me disagrees, I definitely agree that this forum would benefit from more “publicity”.
