In our infographic almost 3000 gamers said they wanted the red X to return! Bsangel already commented that they are listening, and this tweet seems to indicate that the X is returning :)!

I missed it when I first startd playing H4. Now, I don’t miss it at all. The X in the radar tracker is enough for my immediate field of action…
That being said, I wouldn’t mind it making a comeback. I just don’t know how quickly I can get to the X given how some H4 maps are arranged.
I don’t know… BS Angel tweets a lot, and taking away something as substantial as the return of the red “X” from such a short tweet seems to be a bit of a premature analysis. I would love for this to make a return, but for now I’m not buying it solely based off of that single mini tweet.

Are you implying that Bsangel is lying on someone’s ex right now?
I’m implying BS Angel is a big tease, and that I’m not sold on that we’ll see the red “X” actually make a return into Halo 4’s gameplay.

I don’t think that means anything. I think she just saw the title of this thread and thought it was funny. Unless she says, “Red X when you die is returning,” I’m not going to expect much.
I wish she would tweet saying 343 is listening to the fact that CSR needs to be visible and they are working on fixing the more important issues with H4. But this is good news though.

Very very awesome news regarding this!! Can not wait for this title update to come out! ^^ That being said, I would still never go off of a cryptic mini tweet from the 343 angel as proof. VERY happy about this! WOOT!

This is the sad thing. If 343I tries to please one community, all the others will complain that they didn’t get their turn.
Anyways, a search filter might come with the X along with several other things in the next TU regardless.

I don’t really care about whose “turn” it is (frankly I’ve accepted that my turn will never come) but considering the option to search locally affects everybody you would think it would be the first thing they would consider fixing.
I tell my friends, “All ‘1 shot on my X’ means is you got out shot” lol, I’m jk
