Can we just appreciate how 343 actually got them right this time?They finally ditched those appallingly ugly, clunky footsteps of Halo 4 and 5, reverting to the deliciously subtle classic Halo footsteps.I’m giving 343 massive credit for that, as well as the sound design in general. Almost everything is perfect. Even the insufferable ‘pew pew’ of the Halo 5 pistol is gone for some proper handgun sound effects.
Yeah it feels great. I only got to play a few matches this morning before work but loved how it felt.
I still have to mess around with the custom controls though.
