I have finally gone from 1% on the update to 2% and then immediately to 3%. That is where it stopped again. We need Master Chief to carry this update through. It just hit 4% and only 396% more to go if you include the next several patches/updates.

I have the “My games & apps” up on screen so I can watch the progress of it. I have had to Resume Installation several times before it kept going. I am currently at 46% now.
