No communication from 343 and I’m freaking tired of being in the dark!
SOMEONE TELL US WTF IS GOING ON PLEASE!
I’m sick and tired of perusing these forums praying that I might actually find an update about the fixes of MCC.
Is it so much to ask for some communication? Some kind of update about wtf is going on, what you are doing to fix this mess we all bought and have suffered through since early November?
I don’t want an exclusive avatar and nameplate that we have to wait a month for (with no idea as to when it would randomly show up on our consoles), I don’t want Spartain Ops, (yet another game crammed into this mess), and I sure as hell don’t care about the worst halo game in the series (ODST).
We have been vocal about our frustration, yes, but as a whole, the halo community has been very patient with this broken excuse for a video game and the least we should freaking get in return is some regular information about what the heck you all are doing to fix this collection.
You got Facebook, Twitter or read the Halo Bulletins here or watch them on Halo Channel? They talk about the updates to the MCC and such there. It really isn’t that hard unless you bother to not actually put in an effort to see.

Wtf is your “5” remark? The amount of times they’ve actually told us about mcc? HAH that sounds about right.

The effort? Go look at facebook and twitter and find me an update about the mcc status. I dare you.
I watch the bulletins and peruse the halo channel. I shouldn’t have to scrub through a boring 8 minute propaganda video to find a 10 second update about the fixes. ANYONE WHO HAS WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWS IT SHOULDN’T BE THAT DIFFICULT. WE AREN’T BEING COMMUNICATED WITH AND IT PISSES ME OFF!
At some point you two have to quit drinking the coolaid and look at the facts. I’m upset that we can’t get this game working after so long and even more frustrated that we have no idea when to expect the next update or what they are even working on with it.

I’m not going to stoop to your level and insult you like your doing but I’ll respond with logic.
Click on the link you shared with me. Take a look at the last update on the Master Collection of Sh*t: December 22nd (13 days ago)
All they do is talk about the HCS and the Halo 5 beta. Seriously bro, LOOK AT THE LINK YOU SHARED.
All I want is some updates on what the heck they are doing right now. Is there an update on YOUR LINK that tells us when the next update is coming? Is there an update on YOUR LINK that tells us what the next update will entail?
All we get is an update the day a patch is released, the last time they released information to tell us about a patch in the works was a status update from Bonnie Ross on November 24th. THAT WAS 41 DAYS AGO.
All you have to do is look at the link you shared. So who is being lazy and not reading the updates?

I asked for an update and you gave me a link to the facebook page solidifying the problem underlined in this entire post. They haven’t updated us since December 22nd.
I doubt they dropped everything MCC related too but the beta shouldn’t be top priority even though it clearly is. Then number one priority should be the game we all bought that doesn’t work which gave us access to the halo 5 beta.
You havent shifted any ‘goal posts’. I told you that we hear nothing about their fixes and you showed me once again that they didn’t. I wish you could see this and I’m not sure how you can’t.
Why shouldn’t the beta for a game they as a company are working on that is to be released this year not take top priority? I paid for the MCC too and I want it to be the best it can be, but I want Halo 5 to be the best it can be and I’m sure that is what Microsoft, 343’s boss, is banking on for now. We’ll get updates when they are good and ready, the fact they actually kep the fanbase updated says a lot. Even the 12/26 bulletin, or propaganda video as you oddly call it, says they have plans for the coming months. They haven’t forgotten.

The 5 remark is that you basically just repeated the same thing 5 times in those paragraphs rather than stating anything meaningful.
I posted this in another thread, but I think most of it is relevant so I’m going to quote it here:

There have been NO updates about the situation since the Halo 5 Guardians Beta launch.

343 have all gone for a holiday in Mexico with fat stacks of cash from our MCC purchases. They’ll be partying until Halo 5 launches in its present beta form… then its party party party, living the dream.
No, there is a good chance that efforts being made haven’t yielded the desired results. Do you really want to hear “We’ve tried, but it hasn’t worked, but we’re still trying!!!1!!”
Hate to say it, but you’re just going to have to man up and be patient, they don’t want this tarnish on their reputation any more than we want a broken game. They say they’ve got people working around the clock on a fix for this. It will take exactly as long as it needs to take, yeah it sucks, but that’s life.
I sent the OP an individual PM, but I have to say that when one is wrong, they are wrong. I guess I am happy to see updates at all since Halo 4’s handling was fairly silent on 343’s end during its time, but that is no excuse for ignoring some obvious gaps. The OP and bidbox have a point and I must concede that.

I’m not watching a 10 minute propaganda video to hear a 30 second update about how hard they are working to resolve issues in MCC. They need to update us REGULARLY via all of their mediums!
