Hey there everyone. I’ve been a long time player of reach. Pre-ordered it way back when and I’ve been itching to give it a whirl on the Xbox One.
One thing being is that I still have all my old DLC, Anniversary, Defiant, Noble. One thing, however, that doesn’t show up is that old Recon pre-order Helmet. I know redeemed codes and DLC are always tied to an account once activated, used, etc. However, after going through quite a few hoops and a few pages here, there doesn’t seem to be some solid way to get myself back that Helmet. Went through the online store and all the pre-order bonuses were there, however, it always read “item is unavailable”. Also tried reinstalling Reach itself but still only come so up with the game and the main map DLC’s.
Hopefully im not beating a dead horse here by asking but, would it be better to maybe call a support line, or anything? I’m willing to just let bygones be bygones and play the game for what’s it is. But just an honest question.
