In Halo CE Anniversary you had the option to switch the music from the remastered to classic halo music score. This did not however replace the old weapon sound effects which I liked a great deal more than the new ones. I noticed in the E3 gameplay trailers that the weapon sounds were very different from the originals sounding a lot like the Halo 4 Assault Rifle sound. If it’s at all possible and not already a plan to execute could you make it so the classic music score also set the classic sound effects?
Anyone else feel like this would be a nice addition? I know I liked the original weapon sounds a lot better than what I hear of the new ones. What does everyone else think?
The new graphics will offer new sounds, when you switch to the 2004 graphics the sound will change back aswell, I hope you can change the sounds separately for the Halo 2 lovers sake, I however prefer modern sound effects
I like the modern sounds, too, but for those days when I wanna relive classic Halo 2 as it was, I want the full experience. So happy we’re getting that.
