Hello!
I’ve had multiple gamertags in the past and this current gamertag was changed a few years back… I really want to see my old service record for Halo 2 and Halo 3. How can I still see it? More importantly, is there a way to attach the service record to this account?

Hi Dusky - good news and bad new for you.
The good news is that you can get your service record up to date by loading up Halo 3, ODST, Reach and 4 and playing a game or 2. After a short time everything should sync up to Waypoint, just make sure you are conencted to Xbox Live.
The bad news is that you won’t be able to sync your Halo 2 record, as the original Xbox Live servers are no longer operational. The only way to get them on to Waypoint, would be to revert to the gamertag that had those stats. No way to merge accounts unfortunately

If you have a digital license for any of the games, you may be able to play them if/when the become available via backwards compatibility. Other than that, there isn’t anything you can do I’m afraid. Severs need to sync up with your new tag
