Heard a few rumors circulating around but whether it’s true or not I think it would be way overdue for 343 to add some of the classic maps from previous halos and put them into matchmaking. Can’t go wrong with the classics and after maybe a few tweaks to make them fit into halo 5 (running/thruster/etc.) it would be awesome. They already have a pit remake for breakout and a few remakes in big team but it would be a lot more fun to see them in slayer or arena…Last but not least, any possibility 343 could bring back a veto system? Sick of having to see myself or other players just dashboard or join a friends game just because we can’t stand the map chosen. I know they can’t be completely avoided but I believe a veto system would truly increase the overall satisfaction in multiplayer. And yes I’m aware of the midship remake (truth) already being in MM.
P.S I’m not hating on 343 just trying to make halo a little better than it was yesterday =D
I would like to see brand new maps, designed from a clean slate, there are forge remakes of every classic map, as for veto’s the system is broken playing maps based on rng is better for ranked playlists, also you get stuck playing the same map over and over again. Usually the popular maps become the only ones in rotation. It’s good every now and then to play on a map that you don’t like.
Veto is very broken, but I would love some old school maps in the game. No tweaks needed for The pit, lockout, snowbound, zanzibar.
I would love to play SWAT on a remake of lockout or hang 'em high. They would just have to stretch out the maps to counteract the sprint and thruster.

Haven’t heard about 343i remaking classic, fan-favorite maps from previous games, but it would be a welcome addition.

Just out of the blue, but maybe a LR or Carbine swat playlist? We cant have the UNSC weapons have all the fun! My only problem with veto is that some maps will rarely get played, as people will go for the better maps. This might make players become bored of the repetitive maps. But it did work in previous games so, who knows?
