Call me weird, but I have a special attachment to the classic plasma pistol design. I had a laser tag gun sporting the plasma pistol design, complete with full (albeit highly compressed) sounds and charge function. I’ve missed the more “beveled rectangle” design of the upper chassis and I am really hoping they reintroduce it as a classic weapon core.
What weapon cores are you guys interested in seeing? Anybody hoping to see the H5 rocket launcher or something?
A core to bring the halo 3 or halo ce assult rifle would be much apricated just for that tad bit of nostalgia.
What plasma pistol is the one you are referencing?
I’d like a core for older versions of weapons as well. I want the magnum, Halo 4 plasma pistol, and needler too.
I honestly strongly dislike the Halo 5 and Halo Infinite designs for the PP.
It’s weird that they went for that design, CE-4 were all ok imo.
So yes, I would not be against getting to change it

the one from 1-3. I know they have subtle differences but they were mostly the same, and they’re the ones represented in this laser tag set I had.

I think they might give you options via cosmetic items to have legacy looking weapons perhaps. Maybe, maybe not. I know a lot of old school Halo players have some nostalgia in that area so you’re not alone friend!
