watch and tell me I’m wrong
The reason the community is enraged is because they had their heart set on playing a series that should play flawlessly with dedicated servers and 60fps. I’m sure once the core issues are all gone, people won’t have much complaining left to do (:

obviously, but this definitely captures many peoples launch reaction.

I don’t even need to watch the video to know what you’re linking to. And yes it was an epic video that accurately predicted how people react to game launches.

I’m sorry, what? What exactly is the point of this video? A lot of people were excited for Halo 2; Halo 2 came out; people bought it; people played it; it had issues with lag; it didn’t always appear very realistic.(That is what I got from the video).
How does this come even remotely close to the fan reaction to TMCC? How do some lag issues compare to a game consistently crashing and being unplayable for a large number of people?

easy. Many people bought MCC for halo 2 which is what this video is actually about. It shows people pumped for halo 2(like we all were 2 weeks ago) then it shows them vommiting as their reaction to the game(like we all were 2 weeks ago) then it shows them lagging the way you would during standby(which is still possible thanks to no dedicated servers!) it was originally made to rip in halo 2, but it applies to this launch sooooo much!

That makes sense. But the whole thing just comes off as a bit… silly. It shows guys falling asleep, vomiting, and then going nuts over all the medals they earned. If I didn’t know any better I would have a difficult time figuring out whether they liked the game or hated it.
Maybe there is something to the fact that I genuinely enjoyed halo 2, though I didn’t have internet until after the Halo 2 servers where shut down, and can’t speak for the matchmaking frustrations.

oh I loved halo 2 & bought it launch day in 04. These guys made this to rip on halo 2. They are ripping on the games issues it had such as standby, weakening the beatdown, and other things. Even though I love halo 2 I still thought it was funny, and I can definitely say launch day I felt like the dudes vomiting.
