I played halo for a long time and when it first came out (Waypoint), I had all kinds of stats. Now it says I haven’t played any past games? I put many hours into those past games, are they just lost now or can I recover them?
If you changed your gamertag at any point then your stats will still be tied to your old tag. If you still have the old games, just load them up on your current tag and play some multiplayer or campaign and everything should sync up shortly after that

Only game you cant sync up is Halo 2 if you played that when it was online. For the obvious reason of not being able to play online anymore. Only way to get them back is returning to your old tag you used when you finished your last Halo 2 game.
