I am unable to see my Service Record for Halo: Reach and Halo 3: ODST. I changed my gamertag’s name, but this is the same account that I played both of those games on. Is there some reason that they are not showing up in my profile?
It’s because you changed your gamertag, your stats will still be synced to the old tag. If you play some campaign or a match or 2 of multiplayer or each game, it should sync up to your new tag after a short time
