anybody know when the old breakout maps are coming back? i hate all the new maps. any info would be appreciated.
They still have the community playlist running? I thought it was supposed to go back to normal once the ranks were reset.

The community maps over all I find much more enjoyable to play on than the originals. There are a couple I don’t like at all, but the majority of them I do.
It seems like the old ones won’t come back for a while. Read what it says under the Breakout playlist, I think the old ones will be replaced by community ones next month too.
I like the new maps better. It is more fun. Some are weird but they are way more interesting then the old ones. I like how complex some are and it is hard and not as much of just straight at each other. There are more ways to sneak up on each other and stuff.
I like SOME of the new maps. There are others that I don’t really feel like have any tactical purpose but are merely just there.
I liked the older maps a lot better and agree with OP that they should come back, although lets not do away with all new ones.

No idea, OP, its a bit strange, i only liked Havoc and Highrise of these community ones. I miss the 343i breakout maps, they were much better designed
Hopefully soon. The new maps are garbo.
I do think they should mix things up. Maybe just add them to the playlist so we have a whole bunch of potential maps. Maybe that is too hard for the servers. I honestly don’t know.

I wonder if that is ever a game plan. Like have a game, then make another one, and take a bunch of stuff out, then people realize that it was good with the stuff in, then give all the stuff back over time until its how it used to be.

snickerdoodle get a life! 343 fanboy. stick with the old maps and 1 or 2 to the playlist. give me back the old standards. I ran thru all again and still are horrible. simulation and highrise are the worst halo maps I’ve ever played.
