Trying to get the old achievements for the previous map packs and was wondering where I might be able to find them in the playlists?

The maps are integrated into most playlists now. You just need to get a team of DLC owners together and hope you match up against other DLC owners. Having a team gives more chance of DLC showing up than it does by going in alone.
