So what happen’s if you played after NOV 20th. there has to be a release date for after the 20th of november. or 343 will loose alot of players due to the fact they are stuck at 70 and everyone else is at 130. i have looked for this possible release and coulnd’t find anything on it so anyone with information please help me out here.

There is a twitter post which says early early early 2013 so expect specs in January if nothing goes wrong

Failing that, along with the CSR system, whenever that gets put out, which is also “Early 2013” but, i don’t think its been stated what “Early 2013” means, lol, could be anytime up until March.

They are getting the same gameplay. There is only 1 spec that anyone even uses for regular play (Rogue’s Stability), MAYBE Operator, which you already have access to.
I would wager the majority of player’s over 70 don’t use any of them, meaning the only “extra gameplay” they get is a different number next to their SR, which does not in any way, shape or form, affect game play.
I would guess the most used lineup is something like DMR, Boltshot, Plasma, Dexterity, Active Camo and resupply/mobility. None of which are spec granted, and all available 44 levels before 70.
