Okay, so I beat the game but 1 question *spoilers*

Okay I’ll put it in spoiler tags just to make sure not to spoil anyone who hasn’t beaten it yet.

When Cortana in Mission 15 asked all the AIs if they would join her, they seemed to all say yes. But what about Roland, the Infinity AI? I didn’t hear him, and when Cortana found Infinity, he didn’t speak up and say “I’ll join you!” or anything. Was he blocked from hearing the signal or something? Just curious if I missed something along the way.
