Don’t know how to feel about that helmet. Still boggling my mind just trying to figure out how it functions.
Is the grey part a visor or just metal? If it’s just metal they should’ve colored it the color of the armor so we can get a better feel for it, and if its a visor it’s just completely unpractical.
the teeth are overkill if real, but the helmet is actually 10 ten times better then any halo 4 permiatation.
I dunno, a lot of people I’ve seen have said they really like it.

Shark teeth is painted on guys…the shape of it makes that obvious. Just like Emile had art on his helmet.

I took a few minutes to figure out where the different parts of the visor were located as well, and eventually I came to the conclusion that it is a variant of this helmet, or at least something similar. LINK.
Has the big forehead, same general shape on the visor, but some of the other minor details dont match, could have just been changed during the beta, or its something else entirely.
It looks ok. Eccentric for sure, but not bad.
I just want to see the full Foehammer set. It already looks amazing even without seeing the helmet.
And I’m fine with the helmet as long as I can get a skin without the teeth on it.

The teeth give it the “WWII fighter” personality.

But Emile’s helmet wasn’t structurally ridiculous, just artistically.

he carved designs directly into that helmets visor… If that isn’t structurally ridiculous I don’t know what is haha.
I don’t think that helmet is structurally ridiculous, the visor is low and the teeth go across the top of it to make the rest of it mimic the look of a shark (or stitch from lilo and stitch). I’ll admit, its pretty damn hard to get the right perspective on that helmet

It’s a EVA helmet with a metal brace going across the mouth.

I’m not really sure of that, but if that’s the case then the brace renders the entire bottom half of the visor useless since it obstructs line of sight, which defeats the point of EVA since EVA’s visor is designed for a large field of view.

It looks like the front part might have a lens on it, essentially making it like Gungnir and a bunch of those H4 helmets that are intended to work by looking through a camera on the front, rather than looking through the visor.

Could be that the visor on the EVA is swapped with metal, and it’s grey. Or that the card holds more information regarding the Helmet, such as “EVA helmet with yada yada” and then we see what is the yada yada with everything else being grey but the new part.
I think there’s a camera in the middle and then a camera on its left. However then it’d make the visor redundant, or the camera would be, so it’s most likely a metal bowl instead of a visor. Functionality though? Beats me, not many of Halo’s armors seem to have that much going on in terms of functionality, or functional differences if we were to look at it realistically and not gameplay wise where they’re just skins.
I dunno I kinda like it. With the right color it could look p cool with the painted on teeth.
