So, i made a similar post the other day on the subject and it got worse. Basically, i had a “kill 3 enemies while they’re returning the flag” challenge, pretty easy i think, but apparently the game decides that i can’t complete this challenge. I wait 3 DAYS to get a ctf game, and when i do i manage to kill 2 people for the challenge with a bit of luck, but minutes within the start of the game 3 enemies leave the match, so it becomes impossible to complete it in the same game. Anyway, i move on, the next day i get another ctf after 3 matches, but it starts immediately with a 3v4, we manage to keep the score 0-0 for a few minutes but then it gets really hard, i start pushing the flag solo trying to complete this stupid challenge but my teammates are clearly not playing for the flag (i don’t blame them at all), so easy 5-0 for the enemy team and that’s it. For a matter of principle i have chosen to not use a swap even if i have 27 of those, but after this i get sick of it and i use 1 of them, but of course this is a high tier challenge so i get a 25 melee kills, so given that i need time to complete the “killjoy” ultimate challenge as well i use another one —> 10 hydra kills, i start a fiesta game and i spawn only 1 hydra, i manage to get like 3 assists with it but no kills. This is where my patience runs out. I definitely give up on this. To sum up, by the time this challenge pops up, i get 2 CTF games out of 20, and they’re both mostly unplayable to complete it beacuse of quitting.
Dear 343, you can keep your ultimate reward, because i don’t need this for a stupid weapon coating. I also started to save points with MS rewards to maybe buy some cosmetics in the future, but after this, I’ll certainly use those to make a charity donation or maybe i’ll get a grocery gift card for my family, at least it’ll be worth it.
