… I’ve decided to give 343i a chance to prove me wrong. I hate AAs, I hate perks, and I dislike Reach. BUT, if 343i finds a way to fix them, to do them right for Halo, and Halo 4 isn’t just Reach 2 or a Call of Duty Clone… then I’ll see.
For now, I’ve taken a step back, and I will see if 343i can truly put my fears to a rest. I guess that’s all I can do. I guess that’s all anyone of us can do. Wait and see…
I don’t think you’re going to be happy. I say that because I’m not happy, and I’ve perfectly fine with every Halo game so far.
> I don’t think you’re going to be happy. I say that because I’m not happy, and I’ve perfectly fine with every Halo game so far.
I’m not happy, but at the same time, I’m opening my mind a little. I want more info so I can make a true judgement.
That’s the spirit.
Worst comes to worst, just stick around and start advocating for that classic playlist.
Don’t worry, 343s got this. There’s no way they could be stupid enough to put a “perk” in that gives you extra shields or makes you do 2x damage.
I wish more people were like you. It makes more sense to not completely hate something, and wait until you know more to make a final judgement. Like for example, I never thought I would ever ride a roller coaster. I decided to ride the tallest one at six flags, and it was one of the best decisions of my life.
I know this isn’t a roller coaster, but my point is to make sure that you’ve tried it before you make a hasty judgement.

This doesn’t help anything
PEOPLE WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING
there freaking a small amount of info out there and waiting is the best we can do.
Once information and complete info on mechanics come out then i Give every one all the right to Complain. But only once they have a true reason to COMPLAIN, worrying is not the same thing as COMPLAINING
Finally, some one who’s thinking about all this rationally.

Hm… reminds me of my first roller coaster… it, too was at Six Flags. I always believed that roller coasters would get me killed, and were too scary to ride. After one trip to six flags and my friends forcing me to ride… let’s just say I became hooked like a man on crack.

Everyone loves six flags!
Mine was a relatively small coaster. I am scared to death of heights, so it took a lot of convincing, and my friends were very supportive while I was scared like a little girl going up the initial climb.
After that ride, I was shaking in excitement, my voice blown out…Been an addict ever since XD.

Yep, sounds like that day. Ah, good times… good times…
I feel the same way man. At first I fliped -Yoink- and then I said to myself “maybe, just maybe 343 knows what they are doing and they can pull this off.” So it sounds like they are going to add this armor upgrade/perk system. Who in their right mind would add such a thing to the halo series unless they knew what they are doing. Im hoping 343 knows what they are doing.

So do I, man. So do I…
Yeah I think I will follow suit, I’ve been raging and really biased since the announcement vid.
I too will take a step back see where this ride goes. 343i put me at rest some in the bulletin when they said they always have balanced game-play in mind. But I will remain vigilant, open minded and a bit skeptical.
