Its becoming painfully obvious that its nearly impossible to enjoy this game searching alone (its been like that with every halo I think maybe with the exception of reach)

I get you man. Sometimes I’m super hardcore MLG Pro and other times I’m that gamer’s girlfriend that just likes to see the screen light up. We need friends to play halo competitively well though. Been like that since well ever. Since halo CE.

I’ve been thinking the same exact way. But seeing as hardly anyone on my FL plays this game I can’t nearly do as good without a team I can communicate with. BTW I play a lot of SWAT, BTS, and IS.
I’m cool in just about every playlist except SWAT. SWAT just varies so much from match to match, I find it dragging down my K/D, haha.
But I’m usually up for anything. To anyone reading: Feel free to add me!
I play alone a lot, and I’m pretty competitive.
But I’d really like to experimenting with team dynamics. If you play with me, I will try to memorize your tag, and follow you around and drop regeneration fields or start using the energy shield to defend you. It seems like players grouping (loosely) together on the map do much better than players who are alone. (Although I do try to give groups a challenge when I’m surrounded.)
Also, if we group up, and I start pointing/shooting at the ground near you, I probably just dropped a power weapon, or am purposely not picking up an ordnance drop. If we use mics, I can call out to tell you when I am about to call in extra ordnance. (I have maxed commendations on all human ordnance weapons and two alien weapons.) Please pick it up, so I can have room for other weapons without feeling guilty about leaving a power weapon behind.
