LOL. Ive been pretty clear. Toxic vs. constructive criticism is fairly easy to understand. There is a constructive way to approach criticism, and a destructive way. The lines are easy to see.
For example “The truth being that 343 is a scam?” This comment is not constructive, or helpful in any way.

Actually it is constructive because it breaks the narrative that is told by the 343 defenders. Simply saying the truth is powerful within self and makes people think when they read it. But you know. People love to label things they don’t disagree with like your doing right now

No it provides no value. There is no facts, or suggestion for solving issues, thus not being constructive. All it does is throws out negativity because you want to show your anger. Youre angry, thats fine, but try providing a solution, besides just complaining.
No one is defending 343i (identifying the issues, isnt defending), but providing toxicity does nothing, it achieves nothing.

You fail to see the point here. When someone says the truth. Someone else can look at it and chime in as well. This dissent if big enough can cause change.
A bunch of people writing bullet points and neat paragraphs with “solutions” only goes so far. In fact it falls on deaf ears. What truly makes change is backlash. Dissent. And most importantly. The truth. Again. Just saying the truth makes change

You can show dissent by posting criticism, but not providing a solution is not construcitive. Im not sure how you dont understand the concept.
Imagine a 343 rep came on here, what does he get from your post? Nothing is the answer. Great, youre angry, but there is nothing to take from it besides that. You can share your dissatisfaction, while sharing what you would like to see done about it. Everyone knows the game is broken and needs fixing, toxicity doesnt help.
Or you can just spew toxicity into the world, and provide no value to the conversation. You know MS, and 343 are businesses right? And businesses are there to make money.

Wow. Everything just flew right over head. It’s pretty clear you don’t know how life works. Take the phrases that’s being said in today’s world. These phrases offer up no solutions but they bring people together. This in turn is what makes change. Saying the solution means nothing if 343 isn’t pressured to change it. 343 knows the solutions but refuses to act on them.

Yes, providing the issues, and then providing details on what you would like to see happen with those issues isnt providing pressure. The only way to provide pressure is posting hate and toxicity, Got it.

Fix the pre-order bonuses
Many people redeemed their code for Zeta Sky and didn’t get what they should have. Fixes are either
Campaign owners unlock access to the entire Zeta Sky set, armor coating, nameplate, and all gun coatings. This will make up for all the Walmart people who never received their codes, and the people who purchased through steam or the windows store and got nothing.
Or
People who currently own any of the Zeta Sky set, receive the rest for free. This leaves out alot of people, but makes up for the people with the messed up codes.

It’s not. Because you would’ve seen it addressed by now. How do you think we got the extra playlists? By asking nicely? No. Many people screamed for more playlists and they gave it to us because of that. Imagine if there was no back lash. We would literally be sitting with two playlists right now

The major issues with the game are not lack of maps and the store. The gameplay is boring. Infinite has a similar amount of maps as Halo 3 and Reach did at launch. Halo 3 had 11 and Reach 8 plus the Forge World maps. Those games didn’t feel bland after a couple of months. They had a soul. Infinite doesn’t. In a lot of ways it’s a return to the series roots, and in a lot of ways it’s not. Infinite doesn’t know what it is and you can tell by the sandbox design. The balance is all off. The dance is all wrong. AR starts dulls the gameplay down to who shot who first most of the time, lack of team damage makes it so that grenades are mindless, and the ability to clip though other players destroys the melee game. The “golden triangle” is a shell of itself, and you can see that by just watching the gameplay.
Sure, there are other issues, and obviously more content is good, but the major issue is the game itself. It’s broken.

Not sure what the problem is with AR starts in social. BR starts are in ranked, so really not that big of a deal. You want BR starts, play ranked? I do get not everyone likes to play ranked however.
I feel from a core gameplay perspective, this is the best feeling game since Halo 3 (Minus the bugs). It needs content, and adjustments, but core gameplay is great.

AR starts are fine in theory if they really are a “starting weapon”. The AR in Infinite has a faster kill time than like half of the Sandbox and the maps are small enough to where it is usable in most situations.
It’s about map design as much as it’s about the sandbox balance. On a map like Behemoth or any of the BTB maps, AR starts aren’t a huge deal. But then it goes the other way, where someone with a Commando or BR is going to win most fights because the AR just can’t hit shots at that range. Weapons are balanced by range and only range, turning fights into rock paper scissor games.

But we don’t need 80 maps 10 years down the line. We need more maps right now before even more players leave and to claw some of those who have left back.
I can’t speak for everyone but I’ve barely played since December aalmost entirely because of how horrendously bad the maps we have are and how bored I am of seeing them.
No, we need more gamemodes.
The amount of maps themselves are fine, it is the lack of gamemodes that makes them feel stale
They arent going to refund anyones purchases, an why should they? If you chose to buy something from the store thats on you. No one forced you to buy anything. If you didnt want to spend those prices you should have had some self control and waited for change.

I would agree with this IF there were more ranked playlists, which is the real problem.
If there was ranked FFA, ranked 2v2 slayer, ranked attrition (3 rounds to win, 2 second revive timers), etc. then I think way less people would mind that the social modes have AR/Sidekick starts.
It needs both new game modes and new maps. Not just one or the other. Obviously liking or disliking maps is personal opinion but I beg to differ that the maps are fine. RNG alone makes most of them a chore to play (especially BTB) but even without that there isnt a single map in this game I’d call good.
