Some people seem to not be able to understand the Reach character armor designs so let me explain.
1: It is not meant to be a money-grab, keep in mind that in the same place you get these, you get the individual armor pieces.
2: Why they are here: They are not here to replace the armor pieces, as I explained, you get every individual piece so you can create your own armor schemes.
3: Why they are here Pt 2: The Armor Packages are designed to make it easier for you to quickly swap to a player you’d like to represent.
If you cant understand this very simple breakdown, seek help.
Actually, you can’t get Jorge’s left shoulder armor, Carter’s left shoulder armor, and neither of Emile’s shoulderpads. So you can’t recreate those full sets exactly unless you use the full kits (which don’t accept any other coatings,)

Is there a reason you’re being snide? I was just pointing out that you can’t exactly recreate those sets like you claim.

My apologies friend, its been a long day on this forum. A war spanning 1:00 pm November 15th to now, i still haven’t slept.
You are not able to get all the pieces from the kits.
If you can’t understand this very simple explanation, seek help.
The pieces that are unobtainable are minimal and will most likely be added in a seperate set of armor in this games lifespan. I simply dont see the big deal.
I’ve used the commando shoulder in every game it’s available, so it’s not minimal to me. You made a claim, you were condescending, and you were 100% wrong. Holding armour pieces/shaders from players behind kids is bad, as the game’s customization is already lacking out of the box.
So if you’re going to make a snarky forum post and huff your own farts, check your facts next time. Lmao.
The commando shoulder piece will most likely be implemented with a commando armor set. This game is -21 days old and nothing new has been added, patience, friend.
The other pieces of the commando set (Carter’s set) are already available. Same for Emile’s armour, save for his shoulder. Once again, these are already in the game (But only in kits) - so why are they not made available in the pass? why are they not available at all?
This is a feedback forum, and you’re getting upset at people for leaving feedback.
Truth be told I’m just fearful of another delay. With the amount of negative feedback pouring in and getting dumped on the forum gives me flashbacks to E3 2020. This seemed (at the time) the easiest topic to counter the negative. Clearly a failure however.
Game’s already out, the issues with the game do not effect the campaign. The customization and BP need to be fixxed. I enjoy the game A LOT, it feels great, but it’s extremely disappointing to me and a lot of others that we cannot customize our characters the way we could before, or progress. Changes need to be made, and I doubt the campaign will be delayed.
I hope they make fixes because aside from customization and progression, the game is fantastic, I’d love to have it be a 10/10
