The community looking for The full release of Halo Infinite. “Where it at tho?”
It’s because they cater to the masses and not the actual halo fans (free to play). Sure, the masses bring in immediate influx of players but, after a few weeks or months, those non-fans faze out and you’re left with the actual halo community that doesn’t care for the gimmicks you’ve based the game around.

Profile progression (ex. 5 star general), Playlist xp, earned unlocks instead of store unlocks (ex. earn weapon skin by getting 500, 1000, 2000 kills with weapon and or double kills, sprees), weekly challenges and battle pass system instead of profile progression system, population map from halo 3, pregame map voting, pre-game and post-game lobby chat with opposing team, Halo 2 in-game clans, No exact replicas of previous maps, shortage of maps, no forge until season 3 after an 8-month long season 1.
So many features left out that wouldn’t even be hard to implement. It’s kind of mind boggling

I really wish they wouldve delayed it again. By like…a year…seriously. Imagine what great first impressions this game wouldve given off it released as a complete game, out of beta. Ex: complete with more maps, forge, working customs, more playlists, co-op, etc…the list goes on. Obviously retention rate would be through the roof too imo

Lashing out at fans who enjoyed Halo 4 and Halo 5 as being a reason things are the way they are is nothing but senseless ranting. Not everyone who liked those games started with them. Not everyone who liked those games is some young kid who migrated from Fortnite. This is the problem with some of you, you build up an imaginary image of people in your heads and it prevents you from thinking clearly. Plenty of people who enjoyed 4 and 5 are disappointed with Infinite. At the end of the day, the choices made by Microsoft and 343 are their own. Quit with the community witch hunting, it’s sad.
