Why do teammates always seem to suck and enemy teams always seem to be in full party’s?
I just it into a game where a teammate went 0 and 14 and everyone else on my team went negative. It was in harvest and the enemy team is using warthogs against us. Who do you think brings the plasma pistol out? Not my team. The other team who is traveling in packs and obviously a full party wrecks my team simply because it seems that if you play alone in halo 4 you get matched with idiots while finding enemy full party’s…
yep. and my 3 teammates are still in high school so i have to wait till like 3pm everyday in order to play halo 4.
-on days that i want to play halo 4
also above post reminded me of something funny.
me and my mates played an intense gamebattles game. We lost both games by like 2 points. We left the party, then about 4mins later we went searching in slayer pro and matched them.
Then we lost again by 2 points =[
I rarely play 4v4 or BTB without friends, for when I do play I do end up carrying or facing a party full of people. Games I recommend for solo are team regicide because most times if you are good and the king, you can carry your team to victory just with joust’s. Another is SWAT, a decent player can get headshots before the enemy has time to react, or spot you. Thankfully I’ve been finding the people who were good at reach, and only reach are going back to it because halo 4 is a bit more skill based than luck IMO.

Yeah those matches without an enemy team are fun, instant victory! Also I once got matched up 5v1 in oddball and I was the 1, needless to say I did not win.
It’s possible that they weren’t in a full party, but were still working together while your team scuttled around like chickens with their heads cut off.
If you just work together with whatever team you have, your chances of survival are increased greatly. Once your teammates realize that working together works 10x better, you will start to function as a team and might even win.
A low skill team that works together can definitely beat a higher skilled team that doesn’t work together. 2v1 almost always means death for the 1 unless he has a power weapon.
I have noticed that if you don’t leave the group of players from the previous match, the game likes to get lazy with the search. I have started several games without an enemy team because it decides not to make it 2v2 instead of 4v0. That should definitely be fixed.

Have you ever seen anyone with less than three stars on their gamercard? I haven’t, and it doesn’t matter what kind of review I give, good or bad, it goes up to five.
Anyhow, no game use it because the system that match you up would also have to go through a big list of everyone you ever put a review on, what did you think of them? Are they playing the game? Are they playing the same playlist/gametype? Are you in the same skill range anymore? Are you both searching? Is it possible for you to be in the same match?

In hind sight yes. It’s just irking as -Yoink- when we are getting slaughter by a circling warthog and NONE of my teammates even spawn with a PP. not only that but the heavy amount of bolt -Yoink- (get it? Replace o in shot with I?) usage and it’s just ugh. Not only that but slayer pro is removed this week…

When this happens:
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED
I don’t care about winning or losing, I play for the fun of it. If I get thrown into a steep game, I try to at least return the balance before we lose. My first thought is “What can I do to screw the other team the hardest?” and go after that. You can find fun ways to play if you look for them.
Because they were Bull plopping about the so called “Invisible background tight skill system” There never was or has been a system in this game, because quite frankly, it doesn’t work.

The problem is though i can’t put myself in that mindset. I keep thinking of kd spread and it makes me rage more. Maybe I need to relax more xD

Yes there is. EVERY online multiplayer game uses MS’s TrueSkill system which matches players on criteria that I don’t know the full extent of. Halo uses it, CoD uses it, Far Cry 3 uses it, Forza, NfS, SSX and so on.
It doesn’t know if the people you are matched with will play as a team, but it is there, and it does work. Otherwise, we would all end up in matches where we completely crush new players. It would work both ways.
K/D = how good your team is
Random search = your team’s skill is based on how lucky you are
Halo community logic = K/D is skill
So basically Luck = Skill?
