Yes in a stacked JIP game there it was sitting being ignored by everyone else as it freaquently is and I picked it up for once.
A cocky gauss hog was hanging in that area on exile where gauss hogs and scorpion tanks like to loiter.I lined it up with the concussion gun and blew that -Yoink- away.Finally a use for the concusion launcher /rifle whatever its called.

Then some people like myself find out how to use it on infantry?

I only started playing Halo online with Reach which doesent have a brute shot unless I have somhow missed it and yes it was a revelation to find a use for it and yes it is often ignored by other players in my experiance.

Because gamers today hate learning anything new and would prefer just to tap the thumbstick back and forth while firing thier BR.

@Neo Kaiser 0: care to give me some tips using it on other people properly? I can damage people with it pretty well but I always die a blink before I can land the finishing shot.

I haven’t played much of Halo 4. No local only search option discourages any type of online play. So I haven’t had the chance to learn how different the weapon is from Reach.

With Reach on the other hand, try and use it against players against a wall. Makes it harder for them to move. Using it like the Rocket Launcher and hitting the ground around their feet usually doesn’t work as the blast will knock them away (if you don’t anticipate this you’ll miss the following shots) and they can still jump away. It’s also a great anti-get your sword/shotgun/AL out of my face weapon.
