Oh please, keep honking, moron.

Do not make nonconstructive posts.

To the worthless dumb****s who use Warthog REQ cards or jump into the drivers seat in BTB, then proceed to park in front of the spawn point an hammer the horn like a lobotomized monkey.
Nobody is unaware that you are in the Warthog.
We all see you. We all know you’re there, you’re a giant blue circle on our radar.
Please, be aware, much like the chick that pretends she missed your text messages even though she saw and deleted every single one, WE ARE IGNORING YOU.
Nobody wants to get into your -Yoink- warthog. We don’t know you, and there’s a not insignificant chance you are garbage and are only going to flip us over, drive us into a death trap, or otherwise completely waste our time.
TAKE A ****ING HINT. STOP ****ING HONKING.
If you do continue your incessant honking, please don’t get offended when my friends and I spend the entirety of the match Spartan charging your Warthog to flip it over.

Or you could get in the hog and actually work as a team

Or, alternatively, I could NOT jump into the random’s deathtrap.

Mad because bad? I’ve had plenty of randoms who were good drivers and gunners.

Super bad. Wish 343i’s matchmaking wasn’t **** so I could get matched against Golds instead of Diamonds.

Doesn’t really apply to BTB or Warzone though.

Point remains. Incessant honking will lead to me putting aside fighting for victory in favor of Spartan charging your hog over and over and over and over and ov…

No death traps for this guy. But than again i am that loser who does that. So maybe i should just jump in. What the heck a kill is a kill either way its a commendations

I’m with you, I tend to give it a go with randoms and warthogs. The only thing I don’t care for is how quick it seems like you die as a gunner in H5.

If honking doesnt work for you I can just keep ramming you until you get in.

Liked because I LOLed IRL

On a somewhat related note, could 343i PLEASE look into the fact that I can nudge a teammate at roughly 2mph and kill them? It’s a little ludicrous.

Well, aren’t you a ray of sunshine? I can agree though.

:frowning:

Or you can get in to the gunner seat, and try and support your team like everyone else rather than being an elitist -Yoink-.

My K/D is more important than the team objectives said no one ever.

Getting killed and losing a vehicle helps the team how?

If I’m playing solo, I don’t jump into the driver’s seat of 2-person vehicles.

If you don’t want to get in my ONI Hog, (Which, 9 times out of 10 I’ll be driving), then that’s your issue, not mine. I’m sure there are others who want to have higher scores while you remain on foot and die every time you charge into a choke point. I’ve played enough Warzone to know how to effectively combat enemy spartans when trying to take the bases, for example. That, and I’m aware of the “Press A to change seats” trick as well.

I’m not particularly saying I’m the best driver, but I’m incredibly aware of my surroundings. I know a lot about hogs, especially on how to not flip it over. And in addition, when facing enemies like Warden Eternal (Like I did the last time I deployed one) I remain increasingly aware of the attacks, and try my best to avoid them (that one insta-EMP-Beam nonwithstanding). Meanwhile, a tank in that same match just sat and watched as a black hole hit him and subsequently destroyed him. I, on the other hand, saw it coming towards me and basically retreated into a place where it would hit the wall. (This was in that snow map, IIRC). Long story short? We won that match.

I won’t deny that there are bad drivers out there. But it’s a bit ignorant to generalize that all randoms you don’t party with don’t know anything about it. It doesn’t help that a lot of people don’t just look up and try using the bullet guard to avoid/mitigate enemy fire as gunner (And literally no one I have had as a gunner tries this). But I also try to be mindful of the shields of my gunner.

While I don’t agree 100% with what OP said, this was solid GOLD. Hahaha

If you don’t like playing with randoms how about you play with a full team… although something tells me you don’t have the best people skills

Geez. This was much ado about nothing.
Don’t get in the warthog and play… or get in the warthog and play.
Let the kid honk, draw attention, and then die if you want.

What should he do instead? Not honk?

Yea maybe chill a bit? If you don’t want to get in then don’t dude. That’s what the horns for, theres more than a few times on warzone assault I wouldn’t of know the hog was there, can’t hear the engine over gun shots sometimes. And I don’t think he wants to drive out there alone in the midst of gunfire to advertise his presence.
