I’ve been playing on my original version XB1, and the game is difficult to play because it’s running at such a low frame rate and sometimes skipping frames, becoming too choppy.
Are there plans to bump from 30fps to 60fps on the original X1 for the release? Or will this game be 30fps unless I upgrade (which I will if I have to…)?
The OG X1 will have hardware limitations my man, I don’t know if it will be capable of 60fps theyw ill have to severely drop the resolution if that can happen and even that may not be possible
Idk hard to say on the old xbox console i cant see it being true 60 FPS anyways as it cant handle that i dont believe. But everyone on all platforms are experiences choppyness and frame drops ect… so u are not alone
Honestly, I’d be willing to take the trade of lower resolution for higher FPS + keep my $500 lol.
It’s to be expected, the base Xbox One was trash even in 2013 when it launched. I wish it wasn’t supported so they could have gone properly ‘next gen’.
What I don’t get is how the One X is also sub 30fps. Isn’t the One X on par (or better) than the Series S? The One X can even run PUBG at 60 which is a messy port at best.
