I’m sure this has been asked a million times, but googling the issue brought a million similar questions and zero solutions.
So I beat the campaign on Legendary last night and didn’t recieve the Mk. VI armor since I was offline. I won’t even go into this ridiculous requirement right now. All I want is my much-deserved suit of armor without having to beat the whole thing all over again knowing my previous efforts were completely wasted. Is there a workaround for this? I have the achievement and everything, I just don’t have the commendation.
I’m having the same problem, and so far I haven’t found anything around it. I’m really hoping that 343 will address this problem, because beating that campaign solo on Legendary was beyond painful. So far your best bet is to get yourself and 3 others and beat the campaign on Legendary again. This way you’ll get the armor and pick up the Bromageddon achievement along the way. In regards to your Legendary solo campaign run, you’re going to have to do it again to have your work recorded to Waypoint. Which is a joke.
Must be online. So tell me this: How come I can come back online and Waypoint will know how many achievements I have for the campaign, but it won’t give me credit on how I actually got them?
You have to finish the campaign online. More exactly you have to complete mission while online. The achievements do not unlock the armor. The commendations you get for completing a mission does.
The amount of content that requires you to be online is disappointing. I can understand Spartan Ops, but the Mark VI armor should be available to those that beat the game offline.
