Offline custom games

I play VIA laptop.
I lug my laptop around with me pretty much everywhere i go. So i find myself playing custom games a lot(offline of course) and play against bots to stay some what polished.

One thing that bugs me a little is that i cant utilize any of my ONLINE customization OFFLINE. Some things ive bought and others unlocked from campaign.

Thoughts?

I don’t play offline, but that is very annoying. Hopefully this is localised issue and someone can help. If it’s what happens in general then hopefully it was an oversight and they fix it.
