I have 865597 cR I’m close to Brigadier and it says offline credit limit reached what do I do ?
I cant get online for my xbox 
It means you hit the credit cap for offline reach play, theres nothing you can do about it except wait until it resets (every 24 hours)
Check out the custom challenges tab on this site and above the daily challenges there will be a timer for how many hours there are until the reset.

It means that you can’t earn any credits for a set period of time. (Im not sure, but I think it’s a 24 hour “ban”)

but I was able to get cR last nite but two days ago I was not able to get any but I’ll try today
Its the same concept of online cR earnings. Once you hit the cap, you need to wait until it resets, like I stated earlier. Unplugging your xbox won’t do anything to help reset the cR cap so you just need to wait. Sorry brah.
If I’m not mistaken putting your clock forward on your clock should allow you to fill the next days credit, just repeat with other days. Can’t confirm this but heard it quite frequently as a solution.
Yup I believe that you can do that as well but don’t forget, if you get busted you can get reset or banned or something.
