It’s been on going issue for some including myself. We’ve been putting in tickets so 343 is aware but thus far there doesn’t seem to be a definitive fix for it. There’s a thread about it in the MCC support forums.

It’s a issue that’s been cropping up recently - I’d recommend submitting a Halo Support ticket here on HaloWaypoint’s support page about the issue.
For me restarting the game seemed to fix it but others have not been so lucky.

I thought that I was the only one with that issue
Mine has been off and on, restarting doesn’t work for me, I just gotta wait it out.
