A) Remove it from the game (Remove it from Multiplayer/Make playlist(s) without sprint) B) Being shot while sprinting stops sprint (Can not sprint if shields are completely gone) C) Leave it in the game as is (Sprint isn’t the problem, Map design or kill times might be)

Let’s get some numbers on this topic once and for all. So three options
Keep Sprint exactly as is untouched.
Balance sprinting by having it only work when you have full shields. EXAMPLE: A damage player can’t sprint away from the attacking player, they are forced to stay and fight or flee in a more creative/skillful way. It would also punish players that run carelessly throughout the map, by damaging these people it would kick them out of sprinting and again force a gun fight/typical halo interaction.
2a. Being shot while sprinting reduces speed of sprint.
Reduce sprint to a 2 step “Lay-up” type run and jump on a cool down like thrust(Removes it from the game completely but still allows jumps that were built into the map design).
Remove sprint and increase base movement speed to compensate for map design. (Requested option) 4a. Make separate playlist with increased Base Movement Speed and no Sprint.
If you have an “other” answer please don’t just say “take it out”. Explain yourself, I respect the idea to just remove it and wouldn’t mind that being the outcome, but much like -Yoink!- I think this is here to stay. I am just hoping we can control how often it flares up in our delicate area of Halo

I got a new number 4. Build better maps and all and all sprint should be a minor increase in speed to get to a location faster. 343i could even go as far as you move at 125% off spawn and drop 5% while shooting or getting shot. Either way 343i need to look at their map builds after this beta because they don’t cater to the overall feel of halo maps
I agree if you want to do a poll on sprint you have to give the option answer ‘take it out’, even if we all know its not going to happen. That’s the only way someone like me who doesn’t like sprint in halo will vote. I’ve been on the ‘take out sprint and increase base movement speed’ bandwagon since the lauch of H4. IMO, you should never have your weapon lowered in Halo.
