Feel Free to Add to This. Any true halo vet knows 343 is not listening. This is my initial list of problems that have gone unnoticed. I want to add other ideas people come up with on this thread. Thank you for the support and I hope to make 343 realize that many of the issues are of grave importance and not just minor grievances.
No permanent doubles ( The fact this isn’t a playlist yet is a slap in the face to a lot of halo players)
No permanent snipers. ( social BTB snipers is a joke)
Fiesta taking precedence over more vital playlists
Networking sucks
Ranking System is terrible (1-50 on 3 month seasons is perfect) Make it nearly impossible to get to a 50 by the third month.
No community remakes or community originals in team slayer
There hasn’t been an objective playlist. Combine Oddball, CTF, and KOTH into one playlist. Quit with the division BS
Post game stats and medals?..BAD
Seasons are too short. Season concept is good. But it needs to be in quarters which equates to every 3 months
Too much ammo in power weapons and they spawn too quickly
Overshield is overpowered
Emblems are still terrible in comparison to past halo games
No infection this long after release
Why can’t you divide your playlists like halo 3 did?
Improve your matchmaking. The unfairness of the the player quality and party sizes on both teams is ridiculous
Pre game lobby is terrible
No Slayer Pro Variants
Banhammer is overpowered
Gravity Hammer acts like a sword. This ruins a lot of what made griffball enjoyable
We need more symmetrical team slayer maps. Lose the corners, close hallways, random clutter, and the unprofessional looks to some of these maps. Riptide and Overgrowth couldn’t be worse.
Lack of speaking to the community. We get most of our news from alternative sources apart from their own damn website.
NO ELITES (To those who say it makes things unbalanced, the elites were easier to kill on halo 3. )
No brute shot. This is one of the great halo weapons that gets no respect. It sure beats the hell all of the noob cannon we call plasma caster.
Too much Swatnums in Swat. Add more BR and DMR variants. - Kylecrafts

Spawn killing is in issue in all game modes…especially snipes and swat

Add multi team as a rotation playlist instead of something dumb like fiesta. -the bryon
Separation of the PROS, THE COMPETITIVES, and THE CASUALS. Do not group us together.
Give us unique armor based upon our seasonal performances. If I get diamond or better in Snipers, I could get a sniper themed helmet. (listening 343? or just shoving req money in your pockets?)
Really annoys me that threads like this don’t gain any traction when they are the ones that should! Then you have threads like ‘tryhards making halo unplayable’ on the front page. The average age and iq around here is not very high if I’m honest, 343 don’t even linger here anymore because of it. so I doubt your lovely post will bee seen by anyone of significance, which is a huge shame.
The worst is that if they would pile the social game modes they have made into one action sack playlist this game would be at least playable and seriously add doubles and action sack doubles. And more map variety seriously quality over quantity all these remixes and remakes seriously.

I think most of the people like us have left the franchise. That thread made me facepalm. What is the point of playing if you aren’t trying? Maybe you are just bad at the game and need to get better. The everyone gets a first place ribbon mentality is killing society.

Because there no friend request system you need to ask them to add you to join there custom games!!! The custom game community REALLY needs the “open” privacy option to return! Spread the word about this i want 1 person at 343 to see!!

It has been added to the list. I know I’m missing many more things as well
They need more mid range maps for team snipers if they ever add it as a perm playlist. Also, the spawns on snipers right now are a joke. I died and respawned in the exact same spot being killed over and over again without being able to move. This was on Basin.
Frag grenade blast radius needs reduced, or the number of grenades needs reduced. The life duration on this game is shorter, which I attribute to the new abilities. This means more people dying and leaving grenades behind. This is one of the reasons that we see so many grenades being thrown; also endure so much grenade splash damage. I never took this kind of grenade damage in any other Halo.
You hit all the main ones that I had an issue with.
I honestly wish there was a better way more people could get together and get many of these points through to 343. Most of these are common sense issues. I’m afraid they honestly don’t care about them. I personally thought Bravo would bring more to the table than he has. It seems as though he only has a feel for the pro scene and no connection with your average competitive players. I feel as though there is nobody to voice the opinions of the casual crowd as well (not my cup of tea. But still). There are 3 types of halo players. Pros, Competitive, and Socials. I don’t think 343 understands that. You can’t group all halo players together. This is the unique thing about the halo community and why 343 has had such a problem pleasing people. The community has been at war because all three groups have their idea of what halo is. Halo can be everything to everyone if you just take note of what I’m saying.
As a true HALO vet they are listening, just selective hearing is what bugs us.
They hear “WE NEED INFECTION!”, they think about it. Then they listen to someone say “GRUNT PLUSHIES IN FORGE!”, they focus half their staff on making grunt plushies a forge object -_-
Why is it that when they say we are getting Fiesta and Assault as permanent playlists, they aren’t? These aren’t my favorite by any means, but what do they define as Permanent? Once a month is not a permanent playlist IMO. 343i needs to be more clear on their updates.
I NEVER thought I would say this. I am not buying another halo title.
i am sick of 343. What fans are they even listening too? All I see is people crying about how halo 5 has nothing for casuals. The damn casuals are getting everything. Everyone else is getting royally -Yoinked!-.
They need to at least have some new non-forge maps on BTB. I get tired of seeing the ugly grey UNSC blocks and the bright sun glare on each map. To me it just looks lazy.
there is a thing thatys called whining, and there is a thing called “over the top” i think you are doing both too much. But feel free to correct me if im wrong but i assume you can do all those listed things better than an experienced 343i Dev?
if not well give them a chance to get to work cause developing anything takes time. a lot of it. so be patient. rome wasnt build in a day, and neither will halo.
