Ill keep it quite simple.
reason is because in Reach, The Bloom slowed down gameplay, halo ussaly was quite fast phased, if you where good at it ;).
but for bloom again it only slowed down, and if a lucky less skilled player started shooting as fast as possible and gets a lucky 5 shot, witch is not how halo should be. halo should be that the most skilled player kills the other person, basicly.
and bloom should be part of halo, it slows down game and takes away skill.
but 1 thing where im glad of for halo 4.

What is bloom?. Bloom is when you shoot faster you bullets go less accurate. witch was NOT the case in halo 3 and 2
it had bullet spread. bulet would spreadout over longer distance. how did that work.
your aim circle. thats the place your bullets goes. so if its over a largers distance your shot will be less accurate.
You signed mine, I’ll sign yours. Multiple petitions are good, more people hating on the new features in Reach the better. Though I will be honest, I made my petition fully believing that AA’s will not be in H4, they wouldn’t make sense with the story. Noble Team were different types of spartans so it made sense story wise to have AA’s, but AA’s like I said would not make sense in Halo 4. Also they better not dare touch the loved BR with something like bloom.

They really need to get rid of bloom and bring back the BR and get rid of the DMR. I’m cool if the needle rifle stays thats a cool weapon. No AA though it just doesn’t work well with Halo and if they do bring them back make classic the main focus and have only like three playlist for AA like Invasion, Squad Battle, and Team Slayer Evolved.
I believe bloom was implemeneted poorly, and Bungie couldn’t legally fix it. So unless the kill times are as fast as a 3 shot Pistol, the idea of bloom shouldn’t come back and let bullet spread (precision weapons) and recoil (Automatic weapons) take its place.

i agree bloom needs to go, but i’m not against the DMR. i actually kinda like a single shot rifle over a 3 round burst rifle. the 3 round burst makes getting head shots easier, but as long as bloom was gone i really wouldn’t care either way.

Never have been on precision weapons before, and that is why we have a problem with it.
