So I made this thread to help 343.Instead of flaming you can post some constructive helpful suggestions for improving or removing things you think 343 could do better.Like one big “book” for everything.343 just needs to look into that thread if they want a feedback on things.Now and for things they’ll release in few months and even after release like fixing some bugs or things like that.But its time for that later.
I’ll update that everytime we got more information that makes up problems within the community,right now its the “GI” thing.I personally think few things need to be done.
So my thoughts on the leaked info:
Spartan Points:sounds good as long as you can just buy armor with it and spartan ops missions,and another name pls,function and name seem to be ripped off a bit/shows that no ranking system will be there,and i think it should be back
Spartan Ops:sounds great cant wait for it,the only bad thing is its ripped off a bit again
Why Reds Fight Blues:perfect,i want to know moar about it
Sprint:facepalm hell why?halo worked great without sprin for 10 years now and only because a new company is working on halo now it doesnt mean you have to follow the other games and implement sprint,halo was somehow always the only game without sprint and i loved it
Forerunner Vision:you have to remove it no matter how it works,because it cant work how another member already posted on this thread,HELL NO,90% of the community will agree,its too gamebreaking
Returning Armor Abilities:god no and why did you choose the worst? hologram,jet pack and active camo?
hologram is just senseless and slows down gameplay in a way,cant explain it very well.jet pack…why jetpack?its the most stupid addition.you dont need it.and at least active camo as an AA.WHY? WHY? i loved it to time overshield and camo,theres no reason why camo should be an AA.PLS LEAVE AAS IN REACH! <3
I would built upon on the Equipment from Halo 3 alter it a bit and improved it instead.
Elites Not Returning to Multiplayer:mh ok,i dont really care,in halo 3 it kinda made me angry in swat because they ate all bullets,but if the majority of halo fans want it back,you could do this
Grenades:i think it said something about grenades or at least the pic,there will be 4 grenades,most likely plasma and frag nades,im excited for the other 2 nades
NO Firefight:thank you for that one,never liked it and just played it for achievements,in my eyes it was a waste of time and maps but it could also make a return if the community wants it back
Regicide:sonunds pretty good,we’ll see when it comes out
Distraction and Revenge Medals:i dont really care,didnt like too much medals but ok
No More Weapon Camping/timing:i kinda feel mixed up about that,but i also think it should be not implemented,it would destroy balance and map control completely,i want it to be like in previous halos it was just epic,look:on pit you had 4 power weapons(ups):rocket(longhall),camo(green box),sword(sword) and overshield(below sword).both sides had a 100% equal chance to get them + of course snipes on both sides of the map,it was just perfect,delicious
No More Respawn Delay:not sure about that as well,should also not be implemented,it destroys objective and just everything like some other people already mentioned
Joining In-Progress Games:NO believe me when i say that people will just complain more about that,and that leads me to the conclusion that there will be no ranking system and no experience system,maybe just spartan points.there are just a few games where people quit its not worth to implement it because of that and what about ranked?
Gameplay affecting armor(GAA)(not in GI magazine):pls no,its similar to the AAs,instead of making halo more simple you are making it more complicated,AAs,GAAs…
DMR:in my opinion it should not return,i hate that weapon,i would prefer the carbine
So my suggestion is to remove the GAA,DMR,Joining In-Progress games,no respawn delay,no weapon timing,AAs,sprint,x-ray vision
alter things:spartan points and names of spartan ops and spartan points
good things or things they can leave as they are:the medals,regicide,no firefight,grenades,no elites,spartan ops,spartan points,why reds fight blues
so now feel free to share your suggestions to alter things and lets hope bsangel or someone else at 343 will read this,discuss and follow the rules.
