At the beginning of the level, when you come out onto he balcony overlooking the ship. Linda will say “they lost years of expensive R and D with this station”. Once there, if you look off to the left and do a bit of parkour on the ledges, then eventually you’ll find a strange little statue on the floor. Shoot it a few times (you should see sparks come out of it). After this, look out towards the stealth ship below and look for the red glowing light. Shoot this, and see what happens 
The singing Grunt on Reunion that holds the Grunt Birthday Party skull! It’s so funny when you press RB to ‘punt’ it off the edge! The location of this is just before you come across the Elite and other Covenant, follow a path to the right and you’ll find a tunnel in the rock. Follow it and you’ll hear the Grunt singing “Ladadee” in various tones. A good laugh for sure!
You know the singing grunt holding the skull on the level reunion guess where he ends up on the main menu.
I don’t know how the easter egg is triggered but.
