ONI (known as Semper Vigilans ONI) is a roleplaying forum and gaming community renown formally as Sempiternal or by ONI’s motto Semper Vigilans, established in 2004 as a group of intellectuals for the discussion of the Halo universe and dedicated guides through the Vidmaster Challenges now a clan to expand and create experiences through Halo.
