Since i am the founder if you are on the NXOE. Having trouble getting the Day 1 Patch. View the game in its game hub or store. Then there should be a option to INSTALL. Click that and PROFIT!

Confirmed OP. I have the nu update as well. Stumbled on the install part at random.
